05 · BOATYARD
Having boatyard and lifting facilities within the marina can make it easier to coordinate a pre-purchase inspection and work after acquisition.
Allows the underwater hull, propellers, shafts, sterndrives, rudders, through-hulls and other components to be checked properly out of the water.
The scope should suit the boat and remain independent from the commercial interests of the parties.
